On Saturday December 8, the following Fire Departments from these great Minnesota cities; Almelund, Cambridge, Harris, Mora, Pine City and Rush City with instructions from Central Lakes Community College had a structural training burn and pumping training at an old home we had on our property in Rush City. It was very impressive the professionalism of each and every fire fighter and their commitment to keep our communities safe. Each team had a chance to complete at least two exercises before they let the house go up in flames. A special thanks to Bob Carlson the fire chief of Rush City Fire Department for coordinating this training effort. Bob said it was one of the their better training events.
